My name is Teri Grusczynski, owner of The Pet Nanny!
All my life, there has always been a pet by my side. Growing up in Wisconsin, we always had lots of animals. I was the only kid in school with chickens, goats, bunnies, and a pig named Ziggy! For 15 years, I had been a nanny taking care of many children. Parents have gone to work feeling secure, knowing that their children were safe and happy in my capable hands. Now that all "my" children have grown up, I wasn't sure what career path to take.
So, I asked myself what would I really like to do all day? Well, that was easy! Stay home and play with my 3 spoiled kitties all day... I know what it is like to have to go out of town for business or a vacation and leave the pets behind. To me, they are my children, no one should have to worry if they are okay. I also worried if they had enough food or water or if the friend I had convinced to stop by had played with them. I want to bring you the comfort of knowing that your babies are safe and content in their own familiar surroundings. Pets are really a big part of our families. Your pets will get the love and attention they need from their Pet Nanny!
Pets are happier & healthier in their own home environment. There is no exposure to other animals, sickness or parasites.
Eliminates trauma for your pet of being left in an unfamiliar place. Eliminates the hassles of transporting your pet to and from a kennel.
Gives you peace of mind, knowing that a professional is caring for your pet and home while you're away. Relatives, friends or neighbors will not be inconvenienced by your pet and the additional responsibilities.
Ullam qui culpa officiis quo accusamus et numquam. Non dolor exercitationem expedita et rerum. In corporis delectus et magnam rerum. Et maxime natus sed aut temporibus dolor qui.
Of course, medications are dispensed according to the prescription.
Insulin injections will incur a $1.50 charge per injection.
No way, the more the merrier! However, a party of pets may need additional care and time. Hourly visits are available.
At home, your pet has familiar surroundings, a good snuggle place, and familiar sounds. A kennel can be scary for a pet - also, it is very easy for them to come home ill.
I like to meet a pet at least one week before a trip, but I can hold a space for you months in advance. A pet sitting service is on a first come basis; holidays can be very busy so I recommend the earlier the better.
Fresh food and water, medications, pick-up yard or scoop litter box, mail and newspaper pickup, water plants, check front for packages, flyers etc,, adjust blinds or lights to make your home look occupied, a walk or playtime, and of course, love!
Yes!! I welcome Moms and Dads to call to see how the kids are doing.
